Перший етап – оплата у розмірі 75 (сімдесят п’ять) відсотків від ціни виконаних робіт здійснюється протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів з дати підписання сторонами Акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в і Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3 про кінцевий результат робіт (згідно з додатками до ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013) на підставі виставленого Підрядником рахунку-фактури.

Description:
