Розрахунки за виконані роботи Замовник проводить після підписання акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою КБ-2в та довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати за формою КБ-3, за умови надходження з бюджету на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника коштів за проведені роботи. Джерело фінансування - кошти міського бюджету м. Чернігова та субвенція з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам на здійснення заходів щодо соціально-економічного розвитку окремих територій.
