ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «БІЗНЕС-СЕРВІС «НЕРУХОМІСТЬ» вважає, що Державним підприємством «Маріупольський морський торговельний порт» (далі - Замовник) в Тендерній документації, що затверджена 20.08.2019 року головою тендерного комітету ДП «ММТП» Пушкар І.Д. , встановлені дискримінаційні вимоги, які порушують основні принципи державних закупівель та викладені з порушенням вимог діючого законодавства.
