Згідно ст. 3 Рамкової Угоди між Урядом України та Комісією Європейських співтовариств від 12.12.2006 року (ратифікована із заявою Української сторони Законом України від 03.9.2008 року №360-VI) «Заходи, що фінансуються в цілому або частково коштом Співтовариства, не обкладаються податками, митними зборами, або іншими стягненнями аналогічного характеру». 1. У разі затримки надходжень бюджетних коштів розрахунок за поставлені товари здійснюється протягом 10 робочих днів з дати їх отримання.
