Згідно з абз. 2 п. 1 ст. 31 Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі», а саме : «неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель», тендерним комітетом прийнято рішення відмінити торги по лоту №2, у зв’язку з відсутністю технічної можливості виконати рішення № 4408-р/пк-пз від 10.05.2018 постійно діючої адміністративної колегії Антимонопольного комітету України про порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, а саме відсутня технічна можливість відмінити рішення про дискваліфікацію ТОВ "ТАЛАНЛЕГПРОМ".
