The reason for cancellation of the procurement

Explanation

торги на закупівлю фруктів (банани, апельсини) визнати такими, що не відбулися з тих підстав, що Ціна найбільш економічно вигідної пропозиції перевищує суму, передбачену замовником на фінансування закупівлі. Сума передбачена замовником на закупівлю фруктів становить 11 600,00 грн., з них на закупівлю бананів 6000,00 грн., апельсинів 5600,00 грн. Однак закладом оголошено закупівлю бананів і апельсинів, а фактично проведено закупівлю бананів в кількості 200 кг. на суму 7999,00 грн., що перевищте вартість запланованої закупівлі на 1999,00 грн.. Вирішили: торги на закупівлю фруктів (банани, апельсини) визнати такими, що не відбулися, оскільки ціна найбільш економічно вигідної пропозиції перевищує суму, передбачену замовником на фінансування закупівлі.
