Підставою для внесення змін до умов договору є положення підпункту 7 пункту 19 Особливостей. Сторони домовилися змінити умови Договору про постачання теплової енергії, що детально відображено в додатковій угоді № 3. Після цих змін сума договору зменшується на 3.15 грн і тепер становить 696201,45 грн (включаючи ПДВ – 116033,58 грн). Обсяг наданих послуг також змінено і тепер становить 146,453 гігакалорії.
