Сторони на підставі п 3.13. договору № 55 від 28.01.2019 р. та з дотриманням п. 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" вирішили укласти цю додаткову угоду до договору про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти про наступне: 1. Сума додаткової угоди становить 1095039,00 грн. (один мільйон дев’яносто п’ять тисяч тридцять дев’ять грн. 00 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у договорі про закупівлю укладеному у попередньому році з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод
