1. Зменшити суму Договору на 13744,80 грн (тринадцять тисяч сімсот сорок чотири гривні 80 копійок) та виклавши пункт 3.2. Договору № 28 від 22.02.2021 у новій редакції: «3.2. Загальна сума договору складає 39327,30 грн. (тридцять дев’ять тисяч триста двадцять сім гривень 30 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ 6554 грн. 55 коп. та повинна бути сформована з урахуванням всіх витрат на транспортування, завантаження та розвантаження, страхування та інші витрати, сплати податків, зборів тощо.»
2. Унести зміни до Специфікації Договору № 28 від 22.02.2021 у частині зменшення кількості товару та загальної суми Договору, та виклавши у новій редакції (Додаток 1).
