Note:
У зв'язку з продовження терміну дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року до 28.02.2021 року. Були внесені зміни, а саме:
- Враховуючи п. 1 Додаткової угоди №2 від 27.01.2021 року Пункт 2.1 Розділу 2. Договору № 56 від 04.03.2020 року доповнити наступними абзацами:
- Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає (не перевищує 20 %) 65 640,00 грн. (шістдесят п’ять тисяч шістсот сорок гривень 00 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 10940,00 грн. (десять тисяч дев’ятсот сорок гривень 00 коп.).
Пункт 2.1 Розділу 2 Договору №56 від 04.03.2020 року викласти у новій редакції з врахуванням змін Додаткової угоди №2 від 27.01.2021 року:
2.1. Ціна цього Договору становить: 393 840,00 грн. (триста дев’яносто три тисячі вісімсот сорок гривень 00 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 20%-65 640,00 грн. (шістдесят п’ять тисяч шістсот сорок гривень 00 коп.).
