На підставі листа споживача №450 від 13.08.2026р., сторони погодили внести зміни на зменшення суми коштів місцевого бюджету на 3 629 46,00 грн. до пункту 4.3. Договору, та викласти в наступній редакції:
«4.3. Джерело фінансування:
- власні кошти (кошти від господарської діяльності підприємства) – 10 894 106,00 грн. (Десять мільйонів вісімсот дев'яносто чотири тисячі сто шість гривень 00 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ – 1 815 684,33 грн.
- кошти місцевого бюджету – 304 054 ,00 грн. (Триста чотири тисячі п'ятдесят чотири гривні 00 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ– 50 675,67 грн.».
Всі інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
