Так як технічна система не подає інших підстав внесення змін, окрім ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі " , було обрано дану причину. Додатковою угодою №3 від 14 січня 2021 до договору №848л/20
від 16 листопада 2020 року змінено реєстраційний рахунок Замовника.
