Дійсна підстава внесення змін – відповідно до п.1 Додаткової угоди №4 про продовження дії договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, що не може перевищувати 20% ціни Договору укладеного у попередньому році та відповідно до п. 10.1 розділу Х «Інші умови» Договору №226 про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми визначеної в договорі про закупівлю.
