В зв'язку з коливанням цін на ринку, керуючись п 2 ст.19 Постанови КМУ від 12.10.2022 №1178, п.12.7 Договору від 16.01.2024р №1 та на підставі експертного висновку Дніпропетровської торгово-промислової палати № 189 від 29.05.2024р. збільшено ціну за одиницю Товару, не збільшуючи при цьому ціни договору та не погіршуючи його якості. Також, в зв'язку з закупівлею Товару частинами, продовжено строк поставки товарів до 31.12.2024р.

В зв'язку з коливанням цін на ринку, керуючись п 2 ст.19 Постанови КМУ від 12.10.2022 №1178, п.12.7 Договору від 16.01.2024р №1 та на підставі експертного висновку Дніпропетровської торгово-промислової палати № 297 від 16.08.2024р. збільшено ціну за одиницю Товару, не збільшуючи при цьому ціни договору та не погіршуючи його якості. Крім того, зменшується сума договору на 18,00 грн.
