Note:
У відповідності до п.2.2.1 договору внесено зміни до обсягів фінансування по 2018, 2019 роках, подовжено строк дії до 31.12.2020, збільшено ДЦ до 80926,00 грн. у т.ч. ПДВ 4460,97 грн. У зв'язку з тим, що функціонал ЕСЗ не дає змоги змінювати ДЦ у бік збільшення за обставинами, що непередбачені ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" (зміна системи оподаткування контрагента), тому в ЕСЗ вказано змінену ДЦ з ПДВ - 80926,00 грн.
