збільшити загальну суму договору, в обсязі, що не буде перевищувати 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі поставки №345 від 27.06.2018 року (надалі - Договір) на 132 660,00 (Сто тридцять дві тисячі шістсот шістдесят грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ. та відповідно п. 3.1 Договору викласти в такій редакції:
«3.1 Ціна Договору складає: 796 652,03 (Сімсот дев’яносто шість тисяч шістсот п’ятдесят дві грн.. 03 коп.) без ПДВ.».
2. Внести зміни до п. 10.1 Договору, та викласти в такій редакції:
«10.1 Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами і діє до 28.02.2019 року, а в частині виконання своїх зобов'язань, до повного їх виконання сторонами»
3. Доповнити Договір поставки №345 від 27.06.2018 року (надалі - Договір) Додатком 1¹ до Договору поставки №345 від 27.06.2018 року в редакції, що додається.
