Сторони уклали дану Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Постачальник зобов’язується надати послуги в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі № 313 від 24 жовтня 2022 року (далі - Договір) в період з 01.01.2023 року по 31.01.2023 року включно.
2. Загальна сума вартості Договору на момент підписання даної угоди з усіма змінами становить 78 496 гривень 36 копійок з ПДВ. Відповідно до затверджених видатків на 2023 рік 20 % від суми початкового договору про закупівлю складає 12 984 гривень 10 копійок з ПДВ.
3. Кількість/ обсяг послуг згідно Додатку №1 Договору № 313 від 24 жовтня 2022 року з урахуванням змін становить: дет. в скан. копії.
