У зв’язку з затримкою початку виконання робіт, пов’язаною з проведенням тендерних процедур та для забезпечення виконання всіх технологічних процесів відповідно до державних стандартів у галузі будівництва, з метою досягнення належної якості виконання робіт та надійності об’єкта будівництва, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін виконання робіт, що не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі, внести зміни до Договору.

У зв’язку з Рішенням Уряду про введення карантину та надзвичайної ситуації в Україні, що ускладнює виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання робіт через виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, з умовою, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі .
