Згідно п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 12.04.2016р. № 1078-VІІІ (із змінами та доповненнями)та умов Договору продовжити термін дії Договору . про закупівлю послуг шкільної їдальні за державні кошти на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020року в обсязі, що не перевищуватиме 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме до 31.03.2020р.
