Сторони, керуючись ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», згідно п.11.1 договору №1 від 13 січня 2020 року (далі-Договір), дійшли згоди про наступне: 1. пункт 3.1. Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «Ціна Договору становить: 211822,78 грн. без ПДВ. При цьому: - фінансування 2020 року – 178299,58 грн. (сто сімдесят вісім тисяч двісті дев’яносто дев’ять гривень 58 коп.) - фінансування 2021 року – 33523,20 грн. (тридцять три тисячі п’ятсот двадцять три гривні 20 коп.). 2. Специфікацію Послуг, наведену в додатку 1 до Договору, викласти у наступній редакції в частині: учні 1-4 класів кількість діто-днів 2020 рік 15196, 2021 рік 2790, ціна за од. 10,21 грн., загальна вартість 2020 рік 155151,16 грн., 2021 рік 28485,90, учні 5-11 класів кількість діто-днів 2020 рік 1999, 2021 рік 435, ціна за од. 11,58 грн., загальна вартість 2020 рік 23148,42 грн., 2021 рік 5037,30 грн., всього 211822,78 грн.5. Згідно ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України, умови цієї додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин, які виникли між Сторонами до її укладення, та які передбачали продовження терміну дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року – з 31.12.2020
