Враховуючи п.4 ч.5 статті 41 та статтю 11 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» виникла необхідність внесення змін до договору №537-б, укладеного 06.07.2020 року з ТОВ «ЕЛЛТА» в частині продовження терміну виконання робіт до 30.11.2020 р. відповідно до розрахунку до кошторису по КПКВК 1218340 «Природоохоронні заходи за рахунок цільових фондів» на 2020 рік, у зв’язку з тим, що кошти на послуги з проведення благоустрою у прибрежних смугах річок Псел, Сумка, Стрілка, оз. Чеха, інших водних об’єктів, очищення русел річок розподілені наступним чином:
серпень 403500,00 грн.;
вересень 10608,00 грн.;
жовтень 15090,00 грн.;
листопад 470802,00 грн.
