Вінниця, вул. Пирогова, 109», сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору, і викласти п. 7.1. Договору у новій редакції:
— «7.1.Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання і діє до повного виконання Сторонами
зобов'язань за Договором, але не пізніше 31.12.2026 року.»
