Керуючись п. 7.2.3 Договору про закупівлю № 300 від 26.10.2021 року, ст. 13 та 20 Закону України «Про теплопостачання» у зв"язку із зростанням вартості енергоресурсів, тариф на опалення підвищено. На підставі п. 1,2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про Публічні закупівлі» укладено Додаткову угоду на підвищення тарифу в обсязі до 10% та зменшено обсяги закупівлі.
