Керуючись п.п. 1 п. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Запмовника. У зв'язку з застосуванням п. 1 цієї Додаткової угоди Сторони домовилися викласти пункти 1.2 та пункт 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції: "Кількість послуг складає 15.0 Гкал:
- з 01.01.2022 по 31.01.2022 року - 0.5 Гкал за тарифом 4152,46 грн;
- з 01.02.2022 року по 31.12.2022 року - 14,5 Гкал за тарифом 4201,45 грн.
Ціна цього Договору становить 62 997,28 грн. (Шістдесят дві тисячі дев'ятсот дев'яносто сім грн. 28 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 10499,55 грн. (Десять тисяч чотириста дев'яносто дев'ять грн. 55 коп.) за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету.
