Note:
Сторони, керуючись ч.4 сг. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та пп.4.3., 12.5. Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № 0687 від 26.02.2018 р. дійшли згоди про наступне:
1. Зменшити загальну ціну Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № 0687 від 26.02.2018 р. на 822,49 грн. (вісімсот двадцять дві гривні 49 копійок), з врахуванням ПДВ.
2. Викласти пункт 4.2. Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № 0687 від 26.02.2018 р. у наступній редакції:
«Загальна ціна Договору становить 4 227,51 грн. (чотири тисячі двісті двадцять сім гривень 51 копійку), з врахуванням ПДВ».
3. Всі інші умови Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № 0687 від 26.02.2018 р.
залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
4. Ця додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
5. Дана Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № 0687 від 26.02.2018 р.
