Внесено зміни до Договору № 11-Д від 27 вересня 2021 року, а саме:
Викладено пункт 3.1. Розділу ІІІ. Ціна Договору в наступній редакції:
3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 62 600 000 грн. 00 коп. (шістдесят два мільйони шістсот тисяч гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ – 10 433 333 грн. 33 коп. (десять мільйонів чотириста тридцять три тисячі триста тридцять три гривні 33 копійки).
Сума фінансування на 2021 рік складає – 19 963 045 грн. 08 коп. (дев’ятнадцять мільйонів дев’ятсот шістдесят три тисячі сорок п’ять гривень 08 копійок) з ПДВ, в тому числі за рахунок:
- субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам в сумі 18 000 000 грн. 00 коп. (вісімнадцять мільйонів гривень 00 копійок);
- за рахунок співфінансування з місцевого бюджету (Гніванської міської ради) в сумі 1 963 045 грн. 08 коп. (один мільйон дев’ятсот шістдесят три тисячі сорок п’ять гривень 08 копійок).
Попередня оплата становить 18 000 000 грн 00 коп. (вісімнадцять мільйонів гривень 00 копійок) з ПДВ.
Термін використання попередньої оплати – протягом 3-х місяців.
Сума фінансування на 2022 рік складає – 0,00 грн. (нуль гривень 00 копійок).
Викладено пункт 5.1. Розділу V. Надання послуг в наступній редакції:
5.1. Строк надання послуг - до 30 вересня 2023 року.
- Викласти пункт 14.1. Розділу XIV. Строк дії договору в наступній редакції:
14.1. Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 30 вересня 2023 року, але в будь-якому випадку – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.
Викладено Календарний графік будівництва (Додаток 2) в новій редакції (додається).
