Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі природного газу на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми цього Договору, а саме 27390,41 грн. (двадцять сім тисяч триста дев’яносто гривен 41 копійка), у т. ч. ПДВ – 20% та викласти пункт 3.6 Договору у наступній редакції:
«3.6. Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить 164352,81 грн. (сто шістдесят чотири тисячі триста п’ятдесят дві гривни 81 копійка), у т. ч. ПДВ – 20%.».
