Керуючись наказом Міністерства інфраструктури України від 04.06.2019 №415 "Про встановлення Ставок плати за послуги з аеронавігаційного обслуговування повітряних суден у повітряному просторі України", статтею 651 Цивільного кодексу України, статтею 188 Господарського кодексу України, а також пунктами 8.5 та 8.6.5 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору: Додаток 1, викласти в новій редакції (додається).
Сторони встановили, що відповідно до ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України умови цієї Додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли до її укладання, а саме: з 12.07.2019 року.

Відповідно до ст 651 Цивільного кодексу України, ст. 188 Господарького кодексу України, пункту 8 частини четвертої та частини п'ятої статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони дмомовилися:
Здійнснити надання Послуг на загальну суму 580 000,00 гривень з ПДВ, з яких:
- 80 000,00 гривень без ПДВ - кошти загального фонду Державного бюджету України.
-500 000,00 гривень без ПДВ - кошти підприємства.
