Продавець не має права призупиняти поставки товару з будь-яких причин, крім обставин, викладених в розділі УІІІ даного Договору За порушення терміну поставки товару за цим Договором, Продавець несе відповідальність згідно з чинним законодавством України

Подовжити дію Договору № 73-20ВТ від „16” березня 2020р. до 30 квітня 2021року включно, в частині виконання грошових зобов’язань до повного взаємного розрахунку сторін.
