Відповідно до постанови Національної комісії , що здійснює регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 14.03.2018 №312 Сторони домовились про наступне: У зв'язку зі своєчасним здійсненням взаєморозрахунків за лютий місяць поточного року сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії договору в частині розрахунків до 15.03.2021, але в будь якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами своїх грошових зобов'язань за Договором. В частині постачання електричної енергії Договір припиняє свою дію 01.03.2021.
