У зв’язку з набранням чинності Постанови "Про встановлення тимчасових тарифів для АТ "УКРТРАНСГАЗ" на послуги транспортування природного газу до точок входу і точок виходу на перший рік другого регуляторного періоду та визначання такими, що втратили чинність деяких постанов НКРЕКП" 21.12.2018р. №2001, Сторони керуючих п. 11.4 Договору, а також ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", за взаємною згодою домовились внести зміни до п. 1.1. розділу І Договору та п. 3.1. розділу ІІІ Договору та викласти їх в новій редакції.
