1. Сторони дійшли згоди про зменшення суми договору на 84000 грн.00 коп. (Вісімдесят чотири тисячі грн. 00 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ, виходячи, з фактичних обсягів, а саме: п.3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна даного Договору встановлюються у національній валюті України та складає 266 865 грн. 00 коп. (Двісті шістдесят шість тисяч вісімсот шістдесят п’ять грн. 00 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ».
2. Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст.ст. 651,653 та 654 Цивільного Кодексу України, положеннями Договору №1 від 03 січня 2020 року (далі-Договір), Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в Договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
