Note:
Сторони Дійшли згоди : 1. пункт 2.2 розділу 2 Договору про постачання електричної енергії викласти в наступній редакції: «Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період з 01 січня 2021 року по 31 грудня 2021 року становить 50 759 кВт/год та відповідає очікуваному обсягу закупівлі послуг з розподілу електричної енергії у оператора системи; 2. пункт 5.1 розділу 5 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Загальна вартість цього Договору на момент його укладення становить 129 859,30 грн. (Сто двадцять дев’ять тисяч вісімсот п’ятдесят дев’ять грн. 30 коп.), у т. ч. ПДВ 20% – 21643,22 грн.; 3. викласти Додаток 1 Обсяги очікуваного споживання електричної енергії на 2021 рік викласти в новій редакції; 4.Додаток № 2 Специфікація товару викласти в новій редакції.
5. У зв’язку зі зміною місцезнаходження Постачальника, сторони домовилися внести зміни до розділу 15 Договору та викласти його в новій редакції.
6.Усі інші положення Договору № 21/01-37 від 31.12.2020, зміну яких не передбачено цією Додатковою угодою, залишаються незмінними і обов'язковими до виконання Сторонами
