1.Згідно п.3.5 Договору сторони дійшли згоди зняти суму з даного договору у розмірі –280000,00 грн. (Двісті вісімдесят тисяч 00 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ –46666,67 грн. (Сорок шість тисяч шістсот шістдесят шість гривень 67 коп.) у зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі в залежності від реального фінансування видатків . 2. Внести зміни у п.3.1 договору №ВТ-80 від 11.05.2022 р. та викласти його у наступній редакції: «Вартість цього Договору становить:375800,00 грн. (Триста сімдесят п’ять тисяч вісімсот гривень 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ –62633,33 грн. (Шістдесят дві тисячі шістсот тридцять три тисячі 33 коп.). 3. Внести зміни у Додаток до додаткової угоди №ВТ-80/1 від 31.10.2022 року Специфікація.
