У зв’язку зі зміною у фінансуванні Замовника сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму фінансування за Договором у 2019 році на 19 662,05 грн. (дев’ятнадцять тисяч шістсот шістдесят дві гривні 05 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 3 277,01 грн. (три тисячі двісті сімдесят сім гривень 01 коп.). Всього сума за договором на 2019 рік становить 180 337,95 грн. (сто вісімдесят тисяч триста тридцять сім гривень 95 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 30 056,33 грн. (тридцять тисяч п’ятдесят шість гривень 33 коп.).
Внести зміни до календарного плану виконання послуг (додаток №4).
Продовження строку надання послуг до 31.12.2020 року.
Сума договору після внесення змін: 1 000 000,00 грн. (з ПДВ).
Кількість товарів або обсяг виконання робіт чи надання послуг після внесення змін: 1 послуга.
