Відповідно до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VIIІ від 25.12.2015 року із змінами та доповненнями Сторони дійшли згоди про підвищення ціни до 10% за одиницю товару за умови що сума договору не збільшиться, а саме:
1) Ряжанка 4% фас. стакан по 0,350 кг з ціни 52,80грн на ціну 57,60грн за один кг з ПДВ.
2) Йогурт 2,5% фас. стакан 0,125кг з ціни 43,80 грн. за кг з ПДВ на ціну 48,00 грн. за один кг з ПДВ.
3) Сметана 20% фас. пакет 0,500кг з ціни 82,92 грн. за кг з ПДВ на ціну 91,08 грн. за один кг з ПДВ.

Згідно ч. 6 статті 41 Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі» від 05.12.2021 №922-VIII збільшити суму договору що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у даному Договорі,
на 97 704,72 грн. (дев’яносто сім тисяч сімсот чотири грн. 72 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 16284,12 та викласти п. п. 2.2 п.2 договору в наступній редакції «Сума договору після збільшення становить 587214,36 грн (п’ятсот вісімдесят сім тисяч двісті чотирнадцять гривень 36 коп.) у т. ч. ПДВ 97869,06грн.

Згідно підпункту 14.2, пункту 14, Договору № 26/21 від 10.03.2021р. між «Замовником» та «Постачальником» погоджено зменшити суму даного Договору на 13 394,52 грн. (тринадцять тисяч триста дев’яносто чотири гривні 52 копійки) з ПДВ.
2.Внести зміни в підпункт 2.2, пункт 2 даного Договору та викласти у наступній редакції: «Сума Договору складає 573 819,84 грн.» (п’ятсот сімдесят три тисячі вісімсот дев’ятнадцять гривень 84 копійки) у т.ч. ПДВ 95 636,64грн.
