Договору та пп.7 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зміни встановленого згідно із законодавством органами державної статистики індексу споживчих цін, зміни курсу іноземної валюти, зміни біржових котирувань або показників Platts, регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів, які застосовуються в договорі про закупівлю), на підставі Постанови НКРЕКП №1411 від 12.07.2019р. «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ДП «НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО», Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару, а саме ціну (тариф) електричної енергії, у тому числі диференційовані ціни (тарифи) та викласти Комерційну пропозицію у новій редакції
