Відповідно до п.3.3.8 Договору та на підставі п.6 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони вирішили продовжити дію Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми договору, визначеної в початкововму договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання і діє до 28.02.2022 року.
