1. Викласти підпункт 5.1.1. п.5.1 розділу 5 «Ціна, порядок обліку та оплати електричної енергії, порядок зміни ціни» Договору в новій редакції: «5.1.1. Грошове зобов’язання в межах встановлених кошторисом на 2025 рік становить – 2 175 454,16 грн. (Два мільйона сто сімдесят п`ять тисяч чотириста п`ятдесят чотири гривні 16 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ – 362 575,69 грн. (Триста шістдесят дві тисячі п`ятсот сімдесят п`ять гривень 69 копійок). У разі зміни кошторисних призначень може змінюватися сума грошового зобов’язання та відповідно плановий обсяг електричної енергії в межах грошового зобов’язання встановленого кошторисом на 2025 рік. Подальша реєстрація юридичних та фінансових бюджетних зобов’язань по даному договору здійснюється Замовником згідно вимог ст.48, 49 Бюджетного Кодексу України за наявності затвердження кошторисних призначень в межах ціни визначеної у п.5.1. цього Договору».
