У зв'язку з набуттям 01.08.2020 чинності 01.08.2020 Постанови НКРЕКП від 11.07.2020 № 1329, керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону в редакції до 19.04.2020 та відповідно до п. 5.3, 5.4, 13.2, 13.3 Договору домовилися:
п.5.1 - ціна договору становить 1 592 996,19 грн з ПДВ; обсяг - 798 384 кВт*год.
п.5.2 - ціна за 1 кВт*год - 2,0816147592 грн з ПДВ.
ДУ набирає чинності з 01.08.2020.
