У зв'язку зі збільшенням ціни за одиницю товару на 17%, та пропорційне підвищення на масло в пергаменті та моноліт. Підвищення пов'язане із скороченням молоко сировини та підвищенням закупівельних цін на нього, подорожчанням пакувальної тари,логістичних послуг, енергоносіїв тощо., а оскільки договір про закупівлю укладений з використанням електронного каталогу, не є договором у розумінні Закону "Про публічні закупівлі", статті 41 вищевказаного Закону не діє на договір заключений по процедурі запиту цінової пропозиції
