1.1. Внести зміни до пункту 9.1 Розділу 9 Договору, виклавши його у такій редакції:
«9.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та діє до 31 грудня 2019 року, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань».
1.2. Доповнити Розділ І Договору пунктом 1.3 та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«1.3. Бюджетні зобов’язання за Договором виникають у разі наявності бюджетних призначень та надходження коштів на рахунок Замовника, а саме:
– у 2018 році відповідно до Програми економічного і соціального розвитку м.Києва на 2018-2020 роки, затвердженої рішенням Київської міської ради від 21.12.2017 р. №1042/4049, становлять 600000,00 (Шістсот тисяч) гривень 00 копійок, без ПДВ;
– у 2019 році залишок бюджетних зобов’язань становитиме 680000,00 (Шістсот вісімдесят тисяч) гривень 00 копійок, без ПДВ після внесення змін до Програми економічного і соціального розвитку м.Києва на 2018-2020 роки;
– у разі перерозподілу видатків бюджету м.Києва на 2018 рік та збільшенням/зменшенням обсягів фінансування об’єкта «Реконструкція та модернізація комплексу підготовки, переробки та знешкодження фільтраційних вод Полігону ТПВ N5 у с.Підгірці, Обухівського району Київської області потужністю 600 м.куб на добу» Програми економічного і соціального розвитку м.Києва на 2018-2020 роки, Сторони вносять відповідні зміни до Договору шляхом укладання додаткових угод.
