Note:
1. У зв’язку з коливанням ціни електричної енергії на ринку в бік збільшення та відповідно до п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони домовились змінити ціну за електроенергію за 1квт*год. до 10 відсотків та внести зміни до договору про постачання електричної енергії від 18.01.2021 № 1/21 та викласти окремі пункти у наступній редакції:
«5.1. Ціна за ІкВт/год. електричної енергії становить 2,19810 грн. без ПДВ, ПДВ 0,43962 грн., разом з ПДВ 2,63772 грн. ( два грн. 63772 коп.). без збільшення загальної вартості договору.
