Відповідно до тарифів на проведення щоденного передрейсового та післярейсового медичних огляди водіїв транспортних засобів медичним працівником КНП "Бережанська ЦМЛ" Бережанської міської ради затверджених рішенням сесії Бережанської міської ради від 25.05.2023 року № 1232, зареєстровані юридичні зобов'язання на рахунку UA088201720343161001200082199 збільшити на суму 5571,52 грн.(п'ять тисяч п'ятсот сімдесят одна гривня 52 копійки); 2. Інші умови Договору не порушені цією додатковою угодою. залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують щодо них своїм зобов'язання; 3. Додаткова Угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору № 10 від 30.01.2023 року; 4. Додаткова Угода складена українською мовою у двох оригінальних примірниках - по одному для кожної Сторони, що мають однакову юридичну силу; 5. Додаткова Угода набуває чинності з "01" липня 2023 року і діє протягом усього строку дії договору.

Інші умови Договору не порушені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують щодо них свої зобов'язання; 3. Додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору № 10 від 30.01.2023 року; 4. Додаткова угода складена українською мовою у двох оригінальних примірниках - по одному для кожної Сторони, що мають однакову юридичну силу; 5. Додаткова угода набуває чинності з 17.11.2023 року і діє протягом усього строку дії договору.
