Уповноваженою особою під час проведення закупівлі за ідентифікатором UA-2021-01-20-004027-b за предметом закупівлі : Послуги з централізованого водопостачання на 2021 рік за ДК 021:2015: 65110000-7 Розподіл води було виявлено помилку а саме під час оприлюднення додаткової угоди №1/16 від 16.12.2021р на зменшення фактичних обсягів закупівлі, у системі Prozorro на авторизованому майданчику zakupki prom ua технічно не зменшено суму договору №713 від 26.01.2021р. У зв’язку з чим необхідно зменшити суму договору №713 від 26.01.2021р., згідно дод. угоди №1/16 від 16.12.2021р на 483,59 грн
