Договору щодо виникнення обставин непереборної сили, згідно Закону України № 530-IX «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19)» який набув чинності 18 березня 2020 року та Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 11 березня 2020 р. № 211 (із внесеними змінами) «Про запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2», уклали дану додаткову угоду до вищезазначеного договору про наступне:
Викласти пункт 2.2 Договору в такій редакції: «2.2. Підрядник завершить виконання робіт до «30» червня 2020 р.».
