1. Відповідно до п.4.5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.3.3 Договору, у зв’язку з коригуванням проектно-кошторисної документації сторони домовились внести відповідні зміни до договірної ціни. Термін виконання робіт – з моменту підписання Договору та скріплення печатками Сторін і діє до 31 грудня 2019 року при наявності своєчасного фінансування, але у будь-якому разі до повного виконання робіт за предметом закупівлі та в рамках укладеного Договору»; «п.10.2. Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31 грудня 2019 року, а в частині зобов’язань до повного їх виконання». Внести зміни до додатку 3 (План фінансування будівництва на 2019 рік), та додатку 4 (Календарний графік виконання робіт) до Договору та викласти їх в новій редакції.
