Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії договору №167 від 21 липня 2022 року про закупівлю товарів до 20 листопада 2022 року та викласти п. 5.1 в новій редакції: «5.1. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товару: частинами протягом року до 20 листопада 2022 року.».
