З підстав допущення технічної помилки під час складання Додаткової угоди №4 до Договору Сторони дійшли згоди вважати Додаткову угоду №4 не дійсною та такою,що не має юридичної сили. З метою усунення зазначеної помилки, Сторони дійшли згоди укласти Додаткову угоду №5 до Договору та відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п. п. 1.1., 2.1. Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
