Керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та пунктом 4 КП Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за 1 кВт*год. електроенергії на 01 грудня 2020 року, яка буде складати-2,10 грн.(з урахуванням ПДВ),але не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв'язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку,та без збільшення загальної вртості Договору.
